LOWELL, MA (July 7, 2026) — Larissa C. Thurston, President and Chief Executive Officer at Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly Jackson to Assistant Vice President – Digital Officer. In her new role, Jackson will help lead the Credit Union's digital strategy, focusing on technology solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen digital service delivery, and support evolving member needs.
Jackson joined the Credit Union in 2010 and has played a key role in major digital transformation initiatives that have improved the online banking experience for members. Her work has supported successful technology upgrades, process improvements, and vendor platform implementations while helping ensure smooth transitions for members and employees.
Throughout her career, Jackson has been recognized for her ability to balance strategic vision with excellence in execution. She has led digital process improvements that streamlined workflows, reduced operational risk, strengthened vendor relationships, and supported cost-effective scalability across key platforms. She is a trusted leader and an important contributor to the Credit Union's continued digital growth.
Jackson earned a bachelor's degree in liberal arts from UMass Lowell and a master's degree in project management and leadership from Northeastern University. She resides in Dracut with her husband and their two children.
